Important clarifications about our service:

  • Mighty Clash Arcade is entirely free to use. There are no fees, charges, or monetary transactions of any kind associated with our Platform.
  • No real money is involved at any stage of using our Platform. All arcade experiences are provided solely for entertainment purposes.
  • Our Platform does not offer, facilitate, or involve any form of financial transactions, wagering, or monetary exchange. Any scores, points, achievements, or virtual items earned within our interactive modules have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for anything of real-world value.
  • Mighty Clash Arcade is a social entertainment destination where users can enjoy digital arcade experiences and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.

4. User Conduct

When using Mighty Clash Arcade, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

The Mighty Clash Arcade name, logo, ⚔️ symbol, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mighty Clash Arcade. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content.

6. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, MIGHTY CLASH ARCADE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We emphasize that Mighty Clash Arcade involves no real money, financial risk, or monetary compensation whatsoever. This is purely a free entertainment platform. Any content downloaded from or otherwise accessed through the Platform is done at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIGHTY CLASH ARCADE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach any provision of these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which the dispute arises, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with Mighty Clash Arcade informally by contacting us with a written description of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of receipt of your written notice, you may pursue any legal remedies available to you.

Both you and Mighty Clash Arcade agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other collective proceeding.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
