The page is not loading or loads very slowly

Some interactive modules have their own internal audio controls — look for a speaker or mute icon within the module interface and ensure it is toggled on.
The display looks broken or misaligned on my device
Try zooming your browser to 100% using Ctrl+0 on Windows or Cmd+0 on Mac. Our platform is designed at standard zoom levels. On mobile, try rotating your device to see if landscape orientation improves the layout. Ensure you are running the latest version of your operating system and browser. If the visual issue only affects specific sections of the site, a screenshot sent to our support email helps us identify and fix the problem more quickly.
The age verification prompt keeps appearing on every visit
This happens when your browser's local storage has been cleared, either manually or by your browser's automatic privacy settings. Many browsers offer a setting that clears storage on close — if you have this enabled, you will need to confirm your age each time you visit. To avoid this, check your browser's privacy settings and ensure that local data is retained between sessions for our site. You may also need to grant permission for local storage if your browser is set to block it by default.
